The installation hangs at this screen forever:
IBM Lotus Sametime Embedded 8.5.2 IFR1
Please wait while Windows configures IBM Lotus Sametime Embedded 8.5.2 IFR1
Gathering required information

This screen will never go away. This issue can be duplicated on Windows XP or Windows 7. Notes2.exe maxes out the processor when pushed via SCCM.
